Portrait of Dr Caroline Corbin

Calm. Clarity. Change.

A supportive, compassionate approach.
Concrete tools for meaningful progress.

It's not always easy to put into words what isn't going well.

Sometimes, you may feel that something is holding you back, or that you've lost your sense of direction. It can be accompanied by diffuse stress or anxiety, sometimes difficult to link to a clearly identifiable cause.

What if the difficulties that take up so much space in your life today did not have to define your future?

Even when difficulties have been present for a long time or feel overwhelming, change remains possible. Through the therapeutic process, you can develop a better understanding of how you function, identify recurring patterns, and discover new inner resources to cope with them. You can gradually regain a more satisfying sense of balance and build a life that is more in line with your aspirations and values.

Every therapeutic journey is unique.

The aim is to build together a form of support tailored to your needs, your pace, and the changes you would like to see emerge in your life.

Whether you come on your own or as a couple, each situation deserves to be heard in its own uniqueness.

My work is organised around four complementary dimensions of human functioning.

This framework makes it possible to address difficulties in a more global way, taking into account psychological and emotional experience, interpersonal relationships, the body, and specific patterns of cognitive functioning. Each person can then explore the dimension(s) most relevant to their situation, in a personalised process adapted to their needs.

Insight & Act

Our difficulties are expressed through emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. Through an approach based on Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies (CBT), I support you in gaining a better understanding of what is causing distress, developing new resources, and regaining a more satisfying sense of balance in everyday life.
