Parenting Support

Supporting parents in the challenges of everyday life.
A space to be listened to, understood, and given practical support.
An approach that includes ADHD.

Parent stressé

Stressed Parent?!

  • You experience ups and downs in your role as a parent.

  • Certain situations are difficult for you to manage.

  • When you observe yourself with your children, you may find yourself shouting, becoming angry, reacting impulsively, and then feeling guilty afterward.

Parent débordé

Overwhelmed Parent?!

  • Home life feels like a constant struggle; you have tried everything, and nothing seems to work…

  • Your child is clearly oppositional or aggressive, and you feel like you have lost control.

  • Your child has difficulties and/or specific needs (ADHD, learning disorders, etc.).

Parnet épuisé

  • You no longer find joy in spending time as a family.

My approach:

Here are some principles that are particularly important to me when working with parents:

  • Collaboration: Based on our personal history, upbringing, and cultural background, the way we experience parenthood is necessarily different. Together, we assess your needs and expectations, and I offer tailored support.

  • Respect: It is important to me that you feel safe, heard, and supported. I am committed to creating a secure, non-judgmental environment, in full respect of professional confidentiality.

  • Evidence-based approach: Beyond current trends, I offer tools and strategies supported by solid scientific evidence.

Helping your child thrive with ADHD

Would you like to better understand your child's ADHD? Are you looking for practical, evidence-based strategies to help them succeed in everyday life?

I offer comprehensive, personalised support based on the latest scientific evidence.

Recommended first-line interventions include psychoeducation and parent training programmes (including the Barkley Parent Training Program). When appropriate, these may be combined with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and medication.

Each child is unique.

Because every child is unique, support is tailored to your child's strengths, challenges and developmental needs, as well as to the needs of your family.

Understanding ADHD to support your child with confidence

An ADHD diagnosis often raises many questions. Why does my child react this way? Why are some everyday situations so challenging?

Psychoeducation helps parents understand how ADHD affects attention, self-regulation, emotions and behaviour. Looking beyond common misconceptions allows you to see your child's difficulties from a different perspective and to better recognise both their challenges and their strengths.

During our sessions, you will receive clear, evidence-based information. When appropriate, one or two sessions may also include your child or teenager, helping them better understand how ADHD affects them and encouraging a more positive view of their own abilities.

Parental Burnout

Parental Burnout cycle

Taking care of yourself is part of taking care of your child

Parenting can be deeply rewarding, but it can also be emotionally and physically demanding. When exhaustion, constant stress, guilt, family conflict and the mental load continue to build, many parents find themselves running on empty.

Parental burnout is not a sign of failure.

It is the result of prolonged stress when the demands of parenting consistently outweigh the resources available to cope.

I offer evidence-based support to help you recognise the early signs of burnout, understand the factors that contribute to it and develop practical strategies to restore balance and well-being.

The goal is not to become a perfect parent.

The goal is to regain confidence, energy and enjoyment in family life, so that you can build a calmer and more fulfilling relationship with your child.

My training:

An evidence-based approach

In addition to my medical training, I have continued to develop expertise in parenting support and child and adolescent mental health throughout my career.

As part of my training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I specialised in Mindfulness-Based Approaches for children, adolescents and parents. I also completed advanced training in the management of childhood behavioural difficulties and parental burnout with Professors Isabelle Roskam and Moïra Mikolajczak.

Specialist training in ADHD and neurodevelopmental disorders

To ensure my practice reflects the latest scientific knowledge, I completed the Inter-University Diploma "ADHD Across the Lifespan" at the University of Strasbourg and the University Diploma "Neurodevelopmental Disorders in Children and Adolescents: Identification, Diagnosis and Care Pathways" at the University of Montpellier.
