Does this resonate with you?
Psychonutrition is an integrative approach that addresses every dimension of eating behavior — nutritional, emotional, and physiological. By considering the whole person, it helps restore a more balanced relationship with food, ease body-related distress, and support long-term well-being.
1/ To restore a normal eating pattern
Did you know? Scientific research has clearly shown that diets do not work: after dieting, 90% of people regain the weight they lost within five years. Eating well is, above all, about responding to your body’s true needs, both in terms of quantity and quality.

I help you:
-
Unravel common misconceptions about nutrition
-
Discover the principles of intuitive eating by learning to reconnect with your body’s true needs
2/ To make peace with one's body
Feeling comfortable in your body is not about having a perfect body, but about having a body in which you feel at ease. Yet studies show that 70 to 90% of women (and an increasing number of men) are dissatisfied with their bodies. Reaching your natural, stable weight is important, but it is just as essential to reconnect with and regain trust in your body.

I support you in:
-
Relearning physiological hunger and fullness cues, in order to restore a regulated eating pattern and reach your natural weight
-
Gradually and appropriately reintroducing movement into your daily life
-
Working on your body image
3/ To regain a balanced life
The goal is to regain a life in which weight and food no longer take up so much mental and emotional space. It is now widely recognized that body weight regulation is not a matter of willpower, but the result of a complex, fully physiological process. When everything is functioning well, the body regulates itself naturally. However, certain factors can disrupt this physiological regulation, including repeated dieting, as well as trauma or psychological difficulties.

I help you:
-
Regulate stress and emotions
-
Restore the body’s natural regulatory system
-
Rebuild self-confidence
Can Psychonutrition help you?
Yes!
-
If you are experiencing recent weight issues or have a long history of dieting with the well-known “yo-yo effect”
-
If you struggle with food cravings or binge eating, and then feel guilty afterward
-
If you have difficulties with your body image and experience a painful relationship with your body

If you are experiencing psychological distress that is either a cause or a consequence of difficulties with eating behavior
My approach:
-
Holistic: addressing nutritional, psychological, and bodily dimensions.
-
Scientific and rigorous: as a physician and psychotherapist, I have furthered my initial training with university diplomas in nutrition and additional training in intuitive eating.
-
Respectful of your individuality: you are not defined by a number on a scale. Your personal history is unique, your metabolism is unique — you are unique. You deserve tailored support, far from “one-size-fits-all” dietary advice or fad diets, which are often not based on solid scientific evidence.
-
Based on partnership:
- Together, we assess your needs and expectations
- I propose a fully personalised care pathway
- I support you with a caring and flexible approach throughout the different stages of this process
My Training:
I have expanded my initial training as a general practitioner by completing two University diplomas (France) in:
-
Nutrition, Health and Micronutrition — Bourgogne University
-
Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics — Paris-Descartes University
During my training as a psychotherapist, I studied Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) at Paris-Descartes University. CBT is recommended as a first-line treatment for eating disorders.
I have further complemented this training with approaches based on intuitive eating : The Bio-Psycho-Social approach to obesity and overweight (Groupe de Réflexion sur l'Obésité et le Surpoids, Paris ).
