Who am I?

French physician and psychotherapist based in Milan, I have been supporting adults, parents and couples for more than twenty years through periods of transition, questioning, and psychological distress. My approach combines the scientific rigour of medicine with a compassionate and respectful understanding of each person’s individuality. In my office, or online, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your difficulties and move toward greater balance and well-being.

My journey

After several years practicing as a general practitioner, I specialized in cognitive behavioural psychotherapy. This dual background allows me to take an integrative approach to the difficulties people encounter, particularly in areas where the connection between body and mind is especially significant, such as eating behaviours, sexuality, emotions, and stress.

My approach is based on a simple conviction: the difficulties a person experiences cannot be understood independently of their life history, interpersonal relationships, physical health, and individual predispositions.

For this reason, each therapeutic process is tailored individually, with particular attention given to understanding each person’s unique way of functioning and to finding solutions that are truly adapted to their specific situation.

My personal life has also deeply influenced my clinical practice. I have lived and worked in four different countries and within a variety of cultural environments. Married to an Italian and mother of three children raised between several languages and cultures, I have firsthand experience of both the richness and the challenges of intercultural life, expatriation, and life transitions.

This background has further strengthened my interest in human relationships, individual differences, and the uniqueness of each person. It naturally led me to develop a practice focused on couples, parenting and more recently neurodiversity, particularly ADHD.

Today, I support individuals and couples through an approach that is both global, rigorous, and deeply human — always adapted to each person’s history, pace, and specific needs.

My approach

If therapy were a recipe…

Mine would begin with a generous foundation of empathy and kindness, enhanced by a touch of non-judgment to welcome each person’s story without preconceptions. I then add a strong measure of professionalism and clinical rigor, carefully tailoring each therapeutic approach to the individual while maintaining the strictest confidentiality.

My goal? To create a balanced approach — grounded in seriousness and professional integrity, yet delivered with warmth and lightness — so that each person can move forward at their own pace.
